    Apply 1-2 pumps to dry skin. Massage all over face including eye and lip area and then add water to transform this hydrophillic (water loving) formula into a milky emulsion that lifts debris away from the skin's surface. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or use the Cleanse off Mitt to remove.
