The At Home Pampering team wants you to be happy with your Dermalogica products. However we are aware that sometimes you may need to return a product.

 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from www.athomepampering.ie and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre approved so please email info@athomepampering.ie, to let us know you want to return the item and we will start the process for you and let you know what to do next. Please put “returns” into the subject line.

 

Should you experience a Skin Response, please contact us immediately to discuss, you may reach us on info@athomepampering.ie and put “Skin Response” in the subject bar.

 

Please contact info@athomepampering.ie within 48hrs if you have any discrepancies with your order. Please put “discrepancy with my order” in the subject line.
