At Home Pampering Terms & Conditions

Patch tests

  • This is required for waxing and tinting 48 hours before treatment.

  • Please note some clients will need to travel to Karen in Swords for a patch test. This is decided on a client by client basis.


  • At Home Pampering requires a minimum of 24 hours notice but 48 hours appreciated.

  • If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee applies. 100% is required for 0 to 4 hours notice and 50% is required for 4 to 24 hours notice.

  • If we arrive to your location and you forgot or are not home full payment is required.

  • On arrival to your location and you reduce what treatments you may require full payment will still be required. As the time will have been allocated to you.

  • If you want to upgrade your treatments this may be possible but will depend on time available.

Pamper Party

  • A 20% booking deposit is required to secure your party date. This is non refundable in the event you need to cancel.

  • Everything needs to be confirmed 1 week before the party date.

  • Cancellations of party and numbers can be done 2 weeks before party, after this a cancellation fee will apply and depending on the notice given it could be the full party amount. Our reason for this is we would have said no to other work and if we have not been given enough notice we may not be able to fill the date. Also staff will need to be paid for loss of earning.

Hospitals & Nursing Homes

  • Client or family member must seek permission from their doctor/staff nurse before we can attend a hospital.

  • Some beauty treatments are not allowed to be performed with certain medical conditions. It is therefore very important that you let us know the medical issues. In most cases we can change a treatment around to suit the clients needs.

Minimum Treatment Spends and Extra Charges

  • At Home Pampering does not charge a travel charge so therefore we introduced a minimum treatment spend. These vary from location to location. We are based in Swords North Dublin. Please contact us on with your location and we will tell you the minimum charge.

  • An extra fee is applied for the toll bridge and this charge is added to your bill.


  • We have alot of equipment and they are big and bulky. These can be quite heavy. Therefore we need parking as close to your location as possible.

  • If there is no parking outside your location we will have to refuse the job.

  • Any car parking charges that apply will be added to your final bill.

Terms and conditions of purchasing products from At Home Pampering


  1. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from which will include a breakdown of the products you ordered. This will include the quantity, description and cost.

  2. In the event something you ordered is out of stock someone from the team will contact you via email or phone to inform you. You have the option of choosing something else that is similar or canceling the item. You also have the option of waiting for the product to come back into stock and that will be sent out at no extra cost. If you choose to cancel you will be issued with a refund.

  3. Products will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed on the Site, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  4. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Details of the products we have sent you will be listed in the email.

  5. Orders will be delivered to the address you provided to us when you placed your order on the site. Please ensure the address is correct as we will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  6. We use An Post track and trace labels for most parcels except the smaller items. These are posted using stamped addressed envelopes. You also have the option to collect your order. Please choose click and collect for this option.

  7. The price of the products will be as quoted on the website and include VAT, but excludes delivery charges. This will be added to the total amount due.

  9. Please contact us immediately for any discrepancies with your order, That included products delivered in error, wrong size of products etc…

  10. We try our best to pack your products carefully in the unlikely event your products arrive damaged. We will offer you a free replacement on receipt of either the damaged products or photographic proof.
